Pricing, answered

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any month. Paying yearly is optional and gives you 2 months free.

How do we move over from what we use now?

We move your data for free, and you are running within a day. You can start taking bookings before setup is finished.

Where do card payments go? Do you take a cut?

Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account and Stripe pays them out to your bank. Pulse never holds your money and takes no booking commission.

Do you charge per seat or per login?

No. There are no per-seat fees. Plans are priced by features, and each one includes team logins (3 on Core, 15 on Growth, unlimited on Max) plus unlimited guest passes at no extra cost.

How does Max work with more than one studio?

Max includes unlimited studios at one flat price of $699 a month, or $6,990 a year. There is no per-studio charge, allowances are shared across all your studios, and each studio only ever sees its own records.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days on every plan. A card is required to start a free trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged automatically and the plan renews on its normal schedule. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. The beta is the only exception: free for 365 days with no card, and payment is required after.

What happens to my beta access?

The beta is free for 365 days with no card, with everything on Max switched on. Payment is required after the term: add a card and pick the plan that fits how your studio works, and your data stays exactly where it is. Pick before the beta ends and your card is first charged on the day it ends. Book a demo any time to talk it through.

Is there a launch offer?

Yes. Monthly plans are 50% off for your first 3 months, then the regular monthly price. Yearly billing already includes 2 months free, so the launch offer applies to monthly billing only.
